Four officers killed in Dallas protests, police chief says

Our thoughts with the families and colleagues of the officers killed in this horrible attack in Dallas, and with the teams racing to find the shooters. This week has again brought up difficult issues in the U.S. justice system – issues that merit peaceful discussion and peaceful protest – but nothing can justify this terrible violence against officers that has taken at least four lives. As we wait for more news, we can only offer our thoughts to a city no doubt in shock.
